MV Mermaid II is a steel constructed, 33 m (100 feet) long and 7m (21 feet) wide, fast cruising motor vessel. She was custom-built in 2001 in Thailand.
Guests are accommodated in 8 twin cabins, all with large window and attached bathroom. There are maximum 16 divers onboard - deck space is huge! The dive area is logically build (36 sqm) and is directly connected with the platform. The dive platform is lowered and makes it very comfortable to enter and exit the water.
Nitrox is available and diving on Nitrox as well as Nitrox courses are possible.
The Mermaid II follows a regular schedule. Every Monday evening, the boat departs for a 4 day / 4 night cruise to Similan Islands and Richelieu Rock, returning on Friday evening. The same night, the boat departs for a 2 day / 3 night cruise to Southern Islands and Hin Daeng.
